Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
- Scoop out the flesh and place it in a medium bowl.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, red onion, shredded cheese, crumbled queso fresco, and jalapeño to the bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
