Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add lukewarm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 550°F and prepare a floured surface for the dough.
- Deflate the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions, rolling each into a ball and letting them rest for 20 minutes.
- Grease the skillets with olive oil and transfer a dough ball to each skillet, stretching it to fit.
- For tomato and mozzarella pizzas, add sauce and mozzarella, then bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
- For kale and mushroom pizzas, sauté mushrooms and kale, then top the dough with crème fraîche, vegetables, and mozzarella before baking.
