Instructions
- Combine flour, water, salt, and yeast in a bowl and stir until no streaks of flour remain.
- Drizzle olive oil around the bowl and coat the dough, then cover and let rise for 2 hours.
- After rising, scrape the dough from the bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and press it to fill the pan, letting it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Make dimples in the dough, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake the crust for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread pizza sauce over the crust and top with mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and jalapeños.
- Bake again for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
- Drizzle with honey, let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
