Garlic Parmesan Roasted Butternut Squash

grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Peel the butternut squash and remove the seeds.
- Cut the squash into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the squash cubes with garlic, melted butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 40 minutes until light brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
