Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the halved tomatoes on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic.
- Brush the olive oil mixture over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the asiago and parmesan cheeses, then sprinkle evenly over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 18 minutes until the cheeses are golden and the tomatoes are tender.
- Serve warm.
