Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (148°C).
- Rinse the Roma tomatoes, drain, and pat dry. Slice them in half and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the bowl. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the tomatoes to a baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer.
- Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
