Asian Chicken Foil Packets

The Chicken and Vegetables

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

broccoli florets

red bell pepper, cored and sliced into strips

yellow bell pepper, cored and sliced into strips

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in half of the sauce while preparing the vegetables.
- Cut 8 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil and layer them to make 4 packets.
- Coat the vegetables with the remaining sauce in a bowl.
- Distribute the marinated chicken evenly into the foil packets.
- Top the chicken with the coated vegetables and spoon any extra sauce over them.
- Seal the foil packets tightly and place them on the grill.
- Cook for 17-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove the packets from the grill and serve warm.
