Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1.25 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

The marinade

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large bowl or ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
