Grilled BBQ Hawaiian Chicken in Foil Packets

Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

tamari (or soy sauce)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, tamari sauce, smoked paprika, ground clove, and minced garlic; whisk together.
- Lay out 4 sheets of heavy-duty tin foil, each about 1 foot long.
- Place a chicken breast in the center of each foil sheet and divide the vegetables and pineapple slices among the packets.
- Brush each chicken breast with half of the Hawaiian BBQ sauce.
- Seal the foil packets tightly around the chicken and vegetables.
- Place the packets on the grill and cook for 13-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest. Brush with remaining sauce before serving and garnish with chopped green onions and parsley.
