Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 3 lbs fresh peaches
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the peaches.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, sriracha, and cinnamon, then pour over the peaches and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over the peaches and toss again.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, and brown sugar, then mix well.
  5. Add the butter and mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  7. Place the seasoned peaches in a baking dish and cover with the oat mixture.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
