Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, which may take up to 2 minutes.
- Check the consistency; it should not be grainy.
- Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag, saving the pulp for smoothies.
- Add chia seeds to the base of your storage bottle.
- If using alcohol, mix it with soda and juice, then add ice.
