Turmeric Chai

Instructions
- Steep grated ginger in hot water for three minutes.
- Strain water into a latte glass with turmeric powder and masala spice and stir well.
- Top up with hot coconut milk and sprinkle with turmeric and coconut sugar.
- Optionally, add a spoon of chunky almond and cacao butter.
