Iced Ginger Chai

organic loose rooibos tea

Almond Milk

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 3 hours.
- Strain the mixture into a one quart mason jar using a fine mesh strainer.
- To serve, fill each glass with ice, add 1 cup of the chai mixture and ¼ cup of Almond Milk.
- Sweeten with stevia or honey if desired.
