Iced Ginger Chai

The chai mixture

fennel seeds

organic loose rooibos tea
For serving

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 3. Allow the mixture to cool for 3 hours.
- 4. Strain the mixture into a one-quart mason jar using a fine mesh strainer.
- 5. Fill each glass with ice, add 1 cup of the chai mixture, and ¼ cup of Almond Milk.
- 6. Sweeten with stevia or honey if desired.
- 7. Serve chilled.
