Ingredients

  • 1 piece Fresh Turmeric
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 pods Cardamom pods
  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fresh turmeric and ginger by peeling and slicing them.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Add the milk to the saucepan and heat the mixture over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.
  4. Once heated, remove from the heat and let it steep for a few minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a cup to remove the solid ingredients.
