Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Prepare the lemon dill sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3. Place the sockeye salmon in the middle of the baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce, reserving some for serving.
- 4. Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 5. Bake for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes burst, asparagus is tender, and the salmon flakes easily.
- 6. Serve and top each salmon piece with a spoonful of the lemon dill sauce.
