Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the trimmed asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the salmon on top of the asparagus.
- Scatter the sliced shallots, lemon slices, and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season again with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 8 to 15 minutes, until the salmon reaches the desired doneness and the asparagus is crisp-tender.
