Instructions
- 1. Mix quinoa, broth/water, and salt in a pot.
- 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
