Ingredients

The quinoa

  • 1 cup dry quinoa, rinsed

The liquid

  • 1 ½ cups veggie broth or water

The seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix quinoa, broth/water, and salt in a pot.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
