Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water for 30 seconds until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the rinsed quinoa and water in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and enjoy.
