Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under running water for at least 30 seconds and drain well.
- Combine the rinsed quinoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and cook until the quinoa has absorbed all the water, about 10 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let steam for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and season with salt to taste.
