Instructions
- Rinse the uncooked quinoa in a fine mesh sieve under cold water for 10-20 seconds.
- Combine the rinsed quinoa and water in a medium saucepan and stir.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, uncovered.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
- Let it simmer for around 15 minutes or until all the water has absorbed.
- Remove the lid, fluff the quinoa with a fork, and serve immediately.
