Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under running water until the water runs clear.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and toast the quinoa for about 2 minutes.
- Add the broth or water and sea salt to the pan, and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the water is absorbed and the quinoa is fluffy, remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
- Let the quinoa rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
