Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under running water for at least 30 seconds to remove any bitter flavor.
- Transfer the drained quinoa to a saucepan and add 1 ½ cups of water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and cover the pot.
- Cook the quinoa covered for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the pot from heat but keep it covered for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork before serving.
