Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold running water using a fine-mesh sieve.
- In a large pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
- Stir in the quinoa, reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fluff the quinoa, cover, and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
