How to Cook Quinoa

Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water or stock, add quinoa, and bring back to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium, simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 12 minutes).
- For the Instant Pot, add quinoa, liquid, and salt; pressure cook for 1 minute and then slow release for 15 minutes.
- For the slow cooker, add quinoa, liquid, and salt; cook on low for 4-6 hours, fluffing occasionally.
- For the rice cooker, add quinoa and liquid; cook on rice or whole grain mode.
