Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Decrease the heat to maintain a simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust with extra vinegar or salt if needed.
- Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender.
- Serve with tonkatsu or other fried dishes.
