Ingredients
The latte

vanilla extract

drop
therapeutic grade lavender essential oil
1½
cups
hot water
¼
cup
full fat coconut milk, chilled
to taste
pure maple syrup or local raw honey
ice
Optional add-ins
2
scoops
collagen
1
tbsp
MCT oil
adaptogens (like maca, ashwagandha, etc.)
Instructions
Heat water in a kettle on the stove.
Add matcha, vanilla, lavender, and any additional add-ins to your blender.
Once water is hot, add it to the blender and blend until smooth.
In a glass or jar, add coconut milk and the matcha mixture, then stir to combine.
Add sweetener to taste, then add ice and enjoy!
