Ingredients

The latte

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 drop therapeutic grade lavender essential oil
  • cups hot water
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk, chilled
  • to taste pure maple syrup or local raw honey
  • ice

Optional add-ins

  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • adaptogens (like maca, ashwagandha, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a kettle on the stove.
  2. Add matcha, vanilla, lavender, and any additional add-ins to your blender.
  3. Once water is hot, add it to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. In a glass or jar, add coconut milk and the matcha mixture, then stir to combine.
  5. Add sweetener to taste, then add ice and enjoy!
