Iced Vanilla Bean Matcha Latte

Instructions
- Freeze almond milk in an ice cube tray until solid.
- In a blender, combine almond milk, almond milk ice cubes, matcha powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and optional frozen wheatgrass cubes.
- Blend on high for about 20 seconds until frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass with additional almond milk ice cubes.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha if desired.
