Prosciutto Wrapped Figs with Blue Cheese

Instructions
- Arrange arugula on salad plates or a platter.
- Cut figs in half nearly through from the stem end, leaving the blossom end intact.
- Stuff each fig with ½ tablespoon of blue cheese and press the halves back together.
- Wrap each fig with a half strip of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to high heat and grill figs for 5 minutes, turning often until crisp.
- For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes and air fry figs for 5 to 6 minutes until crisp.
- Place the cooked figs over arugula and drizzle with vinaigrette.
