Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Boil water in a medium saucepan and add the dried figs, letting them sit for 5-10 minutes until plump.
- Pat the figs dry with a paper towel.
- Mix the goat cheese, rosemary, thyme, sage, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Cut a slit in each fig and stuff it with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each fig with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped figs seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
