Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each date down the center and remove the pits.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese and close the slits.
- Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the dates on the baking sheet, drizzle with honey, and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until the bacon is crispy.
