Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Pit the dates by slicing them and removing the pit.
- Stuff each date with a Brazil nut, 2 cashews, or about half a teaspoon of blue cheese.
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each date, ensuring the ends overlap and the seam is underneath.
- Place the wrapped dates on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the bacon is golden and slightly crispy.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
