Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the dates lengthwise to create an opening and remove the pits if necessary.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese using a spoon.
- Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick, then place in a baking dish.
- Bake the dates in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the dates and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
