Bacon Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut slits in each date and fill with 1-2 teaspoons of goat cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with ½ slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the dates on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the dates on their side and bake for another 10 minutes.
- If the bacon is not cooked through, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes as needed.
