Instructions
- Halve the figs and stuff blue cheese into each halved fig.
- Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each fig and secure with a toothpick.
- Grill the figs on medium direct heat at about 350 degrees for around 5 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
