Lemon Beet Hummus

Instructions
- Combine the beets, chickpeas, lemon zest and juice, tahini, salt, black pepper, cloves, and cayenne in a food processor.
- Puree the mixture while slowly adding olive oil until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with pita bread or chips.
