Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato puree, almond butter, cacao powder, coconut sugar, gluten-free flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the edges are dry and the center has puffed up.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
