Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a baking pan.
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
