Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8-inch square pan, lining it with parchment paper.
- Mash the sweet potato and measure out ⅔ cup.
- In a large bowl, mix the sweet potato, almond butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 32 minutes until the center is no longer wet.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before slicing into 16 squares.
