Ham and Potato Soup

Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, combine potatoes, ham, celery, onions, and chicken broth. Bring to a low boil and cook until vegetables are fork-tender.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook until flour is golden.
- 3. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- 4. Pour the flour and milk mixture into the soup and stir. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
