Indian Yellow Rice

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cool, running water in a fine-mesh sieve.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and stir in turmeric, cinnamon, cumin seeds, salt, pepper, and raisins.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and sprinkle cashews on top before serving.
