Turmeric Brown Rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan.
- Add diced onion and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add broth, brown rice, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steam for an additional 10 minutes.
- Fluff the rice and toss with chopped cilantro.
