Cilantro Lime Brown Rice

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water and add the rinsed rice and bay leaf.
- Boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the rice and return it to the pot, covering it for 10 minutes off the heat.
- Discard the bay leaf and fluff the rice with a fork.
- Stir in cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt, adjusting salt to taste.
- Cover until ready to serve.
