Instructions
- 1. Heat a medium-sized pot with a lid on the stove.
- 2. Add olive oil and diced onion, cooking until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
- 3. Stir in turmeric and curry powder, cooking for 15-30 seconds.
- 4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then add the rice.
- 5. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover the pot, and cook according to the rice package directions.
- 6. Once cooked, remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and add salt to taste before serving.
