Almond Butter No-Bake Cookies

Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Combine coconut sugar, almond milk, and coconut oil in a saucepan and bring to a low boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, swirl the pan and boil for 1 minute before removing from heat.
- Stir in vanilla, almond butter, coconut flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, and salt until well mixed.
- Drop heaping tablespoon amounts onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let the cookies sit at room temperature for 20-25 minutes until cooled and firm.
- For faster setting, refrigerate the cookies.
