Instructions
- Soak the walnuts in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain.
- In a food processor, blend the walnuts with oil, water, and seasonings until minced.
- Cook the walnut mixture in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the tortillas until golden brown.
- Assemble the tacos with walnut meat, pickled onions, salsa, guacamole, and herbs.
