Instructions
- Soak sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for at least 5 minutes.
- Pulse walnuts in a food processor until they form a semi-fine meal.
- Drain sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the food processor with garlic, sea salt, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, coconut sugar, habaneros, and nutritional yeast.
- Blend until a smooth paste forms, adding reserved water as needed to achieve a thick but pourable consistency.
- Combine the mixture with the walnuts and stir to combine, adjusting flavors as necessary.
- Serve in tacos, salads, nachos, or burritos.
