Instructions
- 1. Steam or boil the cauliflower rice until tender and drain well.
- 2. Pulse the walnuts and pecans in a food processor until they resemble coarse meal.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lay the cauliflower, nuts, and spices on a baking sheet, tossing everything together.
- 4. Bake for 10 minutes, toss, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
- 5. Use the mixture as a base for tacos, chili, or as a meat replacement on nachos.
