Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F for the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and mix the seasoning ingredients.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pork and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water, cover with foil, and cook for another 1 ½ hours at 225°F.
- Let the pork sit for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- For the baked apples, preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Lay apple slices on a greased sheet pan, sprinkle with brown sugar, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until brown.
- For the asparagus, preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Peel the bottom ½ of the asparagus if thick, lay in a single layer on a sheet pan, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, roast for 15 to 20 minutes until tender, then sprinkle with Parmesan and return to the oven for another minute.
- Serve pork slices with baked apples and gravy, alongside roasted asparagus and lemon wedges.
