Instructions
- Drain and dry the tofu, then cut it into cubes.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and prepare the scallion and ginger.
- Make the sauce by combining ginger, garlic, tamari, sugar, tahini, vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and water.
- Coat the tofu with salt and cornstarch.
- Cook the broccoli in oil until tender, then set aside.
- Fry the tofu in oil until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce in the skillet, then add the broccoli and tofu to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve with rice.
